We use this information to operate the service, generate match results, run events, and communicate with you. Mandatory communications — match notification emails and event message emails — are described in our Terms of Service. Newsletter subscription is opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Data confidentiality and access
We take data privacy seriously. Your survey responses are kept strictly confidential and are only accessible to our core data science team, who use them as input to the matching algorithm to compute compatibility scores. Anonymized, aggregated data may be used internally for research and algorithm improvement, but your personal survey responses and date feedback always remain private.
Your control
You have full control over what information is shared with your matches and can edit your profile and preferences at any time. You can opt out of matching at any time. You can also delete your survey data and any other information shared with us — to delete your account, contact us at the address below.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
